We’ve divided the program into two components: the Microsoft Windows 7 Configuring portion is designed to teach you how to install, upgrade and migrate to Windows 7 and to execute a variety of essential configuration tasks. The Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician element will show you how to perform numerous troubleshooting and problem-solving functions to keep a Windows 7-based network operating at peak efficiency. Our methodology enables you to practice and hone your skills so you can achieve a high level of competency.
What Will You Need to Begin Your Training?
To get started on our online training program, you will need access to an Internet-enabled PC (the program is not compatible with Mac machines) with Internet Explorer 8 or higher version. Your computer must have the Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system installed, as well as Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Acrobat Reader. The program is ideally suited for anyone who has six to 12 months of experience in providing support in a desktop operating system environment and is looking to develop expertise in providing high-level technical support in a Windows 7 environment.
